Almost all our members have lost weight and are keeping it off! Dixie James offers weekly charismatic, inspirational talks, workout challenges, and healthy food discussions. Lose weight with the support of friends. Learn about nutrition and get fit.
Time: Tuesdays 4:30–6:00pm (includes a gentle movement section)      
Where: Larkspur Rec Department Community Room, 240 Doherty Drive, Larkspur
