Be Healthy! - NEW PROGRAM! Come join Dixie James with her weekly charismatic, inspirational talks, workout challenges, and healthy food discussions. Dixie James is a body builder and retired special education instructor who taught Weight Watchers for REC Inc for the past 6 years. Lose weight with the support of your friends and learn about nutrition and getting fit.


Dates:Tuesdays, 1/11 – 3/22, 3/29 – 6/14(except 5/31), 6/21 – 9/6 (except 7/5), 9/13 – 11/29 (except 11/8)
Time: 4:30–5:00pm movement time and rice bowl, 5:00-6:00pm Class time!      
Where: Larkspur Rec Department Community Room, 240 Doherty Drive, Larkspur.
Price: $55.00 for each 11 week session, we will pro-rate and you can start a session at any time!
